James Garduño DMD, a native of Clarkson, WA, is no stranger to the Pacific Northwest. He attended Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, then graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona. But he wasn’t out of the region for long. Upon graduation, Garduño returned to the Spokane area with his wife, Melanie. To Dr. Garduño, it’s the personal relationships that make dentistry such a fulfilling profession. Garduño loves interacting with patients, checking in on their lives, and helping them achieve their highest possible goals for a healthy, happy smile. Patients love his gentle touch and easygoing demeanor.

Family Life

Dr. Garduño is a devoted family man who recently welcomed his beautiful daughter Mara into the world in January 2023, alongside his wife Melanie. Their little family is completed by their beloved dog Mulder (named after their favorite X-Files character) and their charming cat, Titan.

As passionate foodies, Dr. Garduño and his wife love to explore the restaurant scene in Spokane, always on the hunt for exciting new dining experiences. When not in the office, Dr. Garduño enjoys cheering on his favorite football and basketball teams or exploring the great outdoors. He loves to hike, camp, and fish, taking full advantage of the stunning natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest region.
